The Opportunity:
FINN Partners’ Integrated Marketing practice is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team and help lead best-in-class client experiences across a diverse range of industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

At FINN, you will collaborate with teams across a full-service marketing communications agency, gaining exposure to integrated campaigns and learning opportunities that will develop your skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client projects, ensuring quality, and fostering strong client relationships while supporting senior account leadership.

Where Will You Work?
Wherever you are! We offer flexible work arrangements with the optional in-office days. East coast preference preferred to better collaborate with teams across offices in Boston, New York, Washington, DC, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mid-size to large and complex accounts independently or with minimal senior oversight to keep all running smoothly across projects and work streams
  • Ensure all deliverables are high-quality, ladder back up to the brief and strategy, and addresses client feedback/objectives
  • Lead project meetings and presentations internally and with clients
  • Oversee budgets and work with Project Management and Finance to manage all financials 
  • Support the development of client briefs, ensuring clarity and actionable objectives, insights, and success metrics 
  • Provide clear and succinct feedback and direction to the team, and contribute to strategic initiatives by proactively offering a POV  
  • Understand both the big picture and minute details on all workstreams of the account, and manage projects with those considerations while taking into account the dynamics of the client’s business and industry 
  • Set the tone of the team by taking cues from leadership, and establish a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment with internal teams
  • Know when to anticipate client needs, push clients for clarity, and help them understand beyond what they ask for 
  • Intuit potential complications and issues, anticipate the needs of senior clients through information gathered from their direct day-to-day clients and effectively manage up, bringing solutions to manager and/or senior Account Lead (if applicable) 
  • Leverage the credibility and understanding of the clients and their business to identify any growth opportunities 
  • Effectively leverage agency systems and follow established workflows

You’re a Strong Candidate If You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or agency environment, managing client accounts and deliverables.
  • A foundational understanding of integrated marketing (creative, paid media, SEO/GEO, web development, etc.), with enthusiasm for learning more.
  • High attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A strong knack to collaborate effectively internally and build strong relationships with clients 
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adept at using instincts and client intuition to deliver POV internally and to clients

Anticipated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 dependent on experience and workplace location.
