Reconcile partner balances, payment allocations, 1C revenue against analytics data, and back-office records. Send partner statements, resolve issues with partners and internal teams, handle corporate channel and email requests, and prepare auditor-requested reports and reconciliations. The role requires finance experience, strong Excel skills, 1C or ERP knowledge, and intermediate English proficiency.
- Reconciling balances with Partners;
- Sending statements to Partners;
- Allocating payments according to the file from Partners, reconciling balances from 1C with Partners' data and the Back Office (Personal account);
- Monthly reconciliation of revenue booked in 1C (ERP) against analytics data;
- Communicating with partners, account managers, and support teams on issues that arise;
- Handling requests received via the corporate channel and email;
- Preparing reports/reconciliations upon requests from Auditors.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in a finance department (experience at an international company is a plus);
- Strong Excel skills: proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, sorting, and other data management tools;
- 1C/ERP - finance programs khowledge;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
