This is a remote position.
Ø Perform daily accounting tasks such as properly recording ledger entries, payments and adjustments.
Ø Process payments.
Ø Perform daily monitoring of banking activities.
Ø Prepare financial reports.
Ø Conduct reconciliation reports such as cash flow, bank statements, etc.
Ø Oversee the company’s financial data and ensure that the company is in compliance with legal requirements.
Ø Develop systems by establishing and defining policies and procedures for financial transactions.
Ø Verify, allocate, and post transactions on a daily basis or as needed.
Ø Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as defined on the task at hand.
Ø Perform other related tasks as deemed necessary.
Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
Ø Experience in handling global financial accounts.
Ø Can produce work with high level of accuracy.
Ø Proficient with accounting systems.
Ø Excellent math and communication skills.
Ø Professionalism and organization skills.
Ø Must be responsible and understands accountability within his / her own projects.
