YOUR MISSION

As the Accounts Payable Specialist at True Anomaly, you play an integral role in managing the company’s accounts payable and expense processing. You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching approved POs, and conducting various account reconciliations. You will manage and code all credit card and travel expenditures.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process accounts payable invoices through the P2P software.
  • Maintain accounts payable e-mail.
  • Prepare and maintain vendor documentation.
  • Support weekly payment runs and post payments in accounting system.
  • Perform vendor account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
  • Review and post expense reporting transactions.
  • Assist in month-end close processes.
  • Support annual audit request as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Accounts Receivable Experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
  • Previous Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • Prior NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Prior with P2P software and Expense software preferred.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary:  $60,000 - $80,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

  • Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Centennial, CO. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
