The ACE Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month accelerated career development program designed to nurture high-potential young professionals into future business leaders. This structured program provides participants with comprehensive exposure across key business functions, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to build a successful long-term career within the organization.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome those who have:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Polytechnic, University, or higher learning institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent academic achievement.
- Less than two (2) years of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Active involvement in extracurricular, leadership, volunteer, sports, student association, or community activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Leadership potential with the ability to influence and work effectively with others.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured learning journeys, rotational assignments, and development programs designed to accelerate professional and leadership growth.
- Support and contribute to strategic business, operational, and regional projects, including opportunities for international exposure and cross-border collaboration.
- Assist in developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative business and supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, visibility, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to identify improvement opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to management while actively engaging in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development activities.
