The Job

  • Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the company’s model.
  • Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
  • Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.  
  • Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.  
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.  
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes. 
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition.
