WHAT WE OFFER:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing and managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations and the effective execution of key tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Perform cost accounting functions, including the allocation and analysis of direct and indirect costs.

  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted costs) to ensure cost control and financial accuracy.

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze annual revenue/expense budgets to control funds and measure operating results.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing and invoicing.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide skilled technical, administrative, and operational support across multiple departments.

  • Handle tasks ranging from routine administrative duties to more complex assignments that require specialized knowledge.

  • Support operations by executing administrative work independently while ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.

  • Resolve problems and adapt to process deviations when necessary, using professional judgment and expertise.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone with:

  • Proven experience in accounting operations, cost accounting, and budget accounting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoicing processes.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Experience in performing administrative duties, including data entry, report preparation, and office management.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluencly in the country language and English are mandatory.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
