3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: Microsoft is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator 2 to join their expanding Talent Operations Coordinators team. This team plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and management, focusing on inclusive hiring practices and supporting the company's mission of empowering everyone to achieve more.
- Role Summary: As a Talent Operations Coordinator 2, you will be responsible for assisting with PCN requests, headcount data management, notes, and Employee Central and iCIMS. The role will have a tangible impact on a global organization of more than 7200 team members, supporting aggressive hiring and developing best practices for streamlined hiring logistics.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
- Point of contact for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
- Working in recruiting systems and collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators to create requisitions.
- Ensuring data accuracy across all systems and informing appropriate contacts.
- Partnering with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
- Tracking and reporting end-to-end hiring details.
- Answering and solving hiring manager, candidate, and recruiter questions.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment related to talent acquisition and management.
  - Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  - Ability to implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
  - Proactive identification and escalation of issues.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator role.
