- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to an executive. Your responsibilities will include calendar and schedule management, meeting and event coordination, communication liaison, project and task management, travel and expense management, and data and document management.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with other departments.
  - Organize team meetings, department-wide events, and potential client/partner meetings.
  - Act as the first point of contact, handle correspondence, filter information, and ensure prompt follow-up.
  - Support various project-based tasks, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate deliverables.
  - Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and manage travel-related expenses.
  - Manage files, data, and other documents, keeping records organized and accessible.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Minimum 5 years of experience with calendaring and scheduling in a professional role.
  - Minimum 5 years of experience with Office 365, particularly Outlook.
  - Minimum 5 years of experience with event coordinating lifecycle (start to finish).
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Previous business administrative experience scheduling/calendaring for multiple FTEs.
  - At least 5 years of experience successfully managing events from start to finish.
  - Advanced Outlook skills.
