4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Proactively manage calendars and prioritize calendar requests based on shifting business priorities.
- Support engineering organization around T&E budgets, employee onboarding, and team events.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Manage domestic and international travel plans and agendas.
- Onboard vendor staff and new hires, manage office space.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Ensure timely flow of information and process approvals.
- Communicate and build relationships with the business support community and leadership.
- Influence and embrace cross-functional/cultural teams.
- Solve complex problems when they occur.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft and team policies and procedures.
- Think fast, pivot as needed, and demonstrate flexibility.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools and software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with calendaring.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (desirable, but not required).
- Experience in onboarding tasks, planning team events, and managing budgets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
