- Manage complex calendars for executives, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Arrange business travel for team members and executives.
- Procure hardware, software, office supplies, and reference materials.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for team meetings, morale events, and office moves.
- Manage team headcount and partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team.
- Process expense reports.
- Drive training and compliance for the organization in partnership with the business manager.
- Work on special projects in coordination with the managing executive assistant, business manager, and other admins.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Administrator or Executive Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or nonprofit background.
- Knowledge of corporate organization and departmental business practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft culture and tools, especially in supporting high-level executives.
