- Role Summary: As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the lead executive assistant for the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality administrative services.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Assist the lead executive assistant with day-to-day executive office operations
- Manage centralized shipping for the local team
- Maintain storage room inventory and ensure its proper organization
- Update and maintain the organization's distribution list
- Develop a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and act as an information resource
- Partner with the lead space planner to manage space for the organization
- Handle centralized facilities requests and maintain the building's interior
- Provide support to the executive office local team
- Resolve customer requests and host business guests
- Coordinate lunches for meetings and offsites
- Prepare birthday cards for LT admins and members
- Serve as backup onsite support for admins when needed
- Support intern operations during intern season
- Participate in the GIVE Campaign v-team

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Minimum 1 year of previous Microsoft experience
  - Minimum 5-7 years of experience with executive admin duties
  - Proficient skill level in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Business Administration degree or related field
  - Previous experience supporting a CVP in an executive office
  - Experience supporting a large organization
