- Client Overview: Join our inclusive and collaborative team as a Mid-Level Talent Operations Coordinator. We are a technology company focused on managing the Talent Operations Coordinator Process.
- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating between hiring managers, recruiters, and the Business Office to ensure seamless tracking and alignment throughout the hiring process. Your role will contribute to the success of key projects and initiatives within the organization.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Work within tools and other internal systems to open and update requisitions.
  - Attend meetings with hiring managers and the GTA team, building relationships, and ensuring alignment and updates on requisitions.
  - Collaborate with recruiters and the Business Office to facilitate the end-to-end hiring process.
  - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
  - Maintain data accuracy across all systems and provide updates and information to relevant stakeholders.
  - Answer and resolve inquiries from hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or administrative roles, particularly with experience in backend tools within a recruiting or corporate environment.
  - Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, Outlook) and experience with recruiting systems.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Previous experience with MSFT (Microsoft) and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
