- Collaborate with the admin lead to provide cross-support for multiple teams.
- Maintain an understanding of the team's budget, including purchase orders and expenses.
- Manage vendor accounts as necessary.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - 3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, with a focus on scheduling, travel management, and calendar management for executive/upper-level management.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  - Minimum 2+ years supporting an executive in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
