- Strong understanding of the Denver metro area, Vail Valley, and surrounding mountain communities, including local economic drivers, industries, and business landscape.
- Established relationships with local business owners, decision-makers, and community organizations are highly desirable.
- Skilled at identifying client challenges and translating them into customized, outcome-based advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a geographically diverse territory with regular in-person client meetings.
- Proactively identifies, prospects, and develops new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Regularly engages with current account base to identify optimization opportunities, present campaign analytics and build a trusting and strong relationship
- Works with internal partners to create presentations, strategies and reporting analytics to share with clients
- Utilizes internal CRM to forecast, prospect, track activity and analyze pipeline
- Meet in-person with clients and prospects at regular cadence in Denver Metro and Mountains
- Using attribution insights to optimize campaigns and support consultative selling
- Applying cross-platform media planning across TV, streaming, and digital channels
- Tracking campaign performance and interpreting reporting insights
- Developing proposals (with assistance from internal teams) and delivering effective client presentations
- Handling objections and resolving client challenges effectively
- Managing relationships and building client trust
