About the role

This is a remote role, travel is required for local team meetups, industry conferences, and company summits throughout the year.

Are you good at building relationships and analyzing information? Do you thrive in roles where you can own the outcome? Are you able to vet new opportunities and determine whether they will drive positive, compliant growth?

In this position, you'll vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of business affiliates who place and sell traffic to us. Your primary goal is to ensure affiliates follow industry best practices, drive compliant, high-quality traffic, and continuously improve performance. By creating real value and transparency, you'll build partner trust and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This role is about complete ownership. When affiliate performance grows, you help scale it. When quality or compliance issues arise, you address them decisively. You’ll manage partners end-to-end — from onboarding and integration to monitoring, optimization, and enforcement of standards. Strong judgment, comfort with data, and a bias toward action are essential.

  • Support payout and pricing decisions based on performance and quality outcomes.

Partner Communication & Internal Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliate partners.
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to resolve issues and scale high-performing partners.
  • Maintain accurate workflows and documentation in tools like Asana.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, insurtech, or SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You understand how to interpret performance and quality KPIs to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You are clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Reliable and self-directed. You demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive, organized, and focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable analyzing call, data leads and web traffic performance, focusing on quality metrics.
  • High level of comfort managing workflows, dependencies, updates, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability within a structured project management tool.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and tracking platforms such as Tableau, Everflow, MediaAlpha, ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), Call Criteria, and similar CRM, reporting, and compliance tools.
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort navigating multiple data and lead management systems simultaneously; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Direct experience working in Asana, including building and maintaining projects, templates, automations, dashboards, and reporting views. Familiarity with using Asana as the central operational hub for team collaboration and execution is strongly preferred.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
