As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Facet’s top of funnel lead generation, acquisition and growth strategies.

In this role, you will take on Facet’s affiliate marketing program by executing the end-to-end strategy including the continuous sourcing and negotiating of new affiliate partners as well as the ongoing monitoring and optimization of existing affiliate partners. You will report to the Growth Marketing Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve the programs to maximize conversion rates and ultimately drive new Facet members.

Your growth, plus analytical mindset and experience with performance marketing will be critical as you develop, track and analyze affiliate performance, assess key conversion metrics, and identify areas for optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Facet’s affiliate marketing program and be the day to day manager while developing a long-term affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with company KPIs and growth goals. 
  • Constantly source, vet and test new affiliate partners to keep an ongoing pipeline of consistent performing and efficient lead gen channels.
  • Track and analyze existing affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Share results and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to drive new opportunities and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly using Salesforce / Marketing Cloud and internal data dashboards to monitor growth progress and campaign performance.
  • Constantly optimize the full funnel prospect journey, including landing pages and dynamic / personalized nurture comms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data and analytics, business operations, compliance and nurture to ensure an optimized end-to-end journey.
  • Support the Director of Growth and the wider-Marketing team as needed to expand performance-based growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
  • Deep expertise running multi-channel affiliate campaigns and familiarity with the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Expert in API integrations and webhooks, Zapier in particular. 
  • Experience managing major affiliate aggregators (CJ, Impact, etc…)
  • Proven track record of driving cost efficient member acquisition through affiliate marketing while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Deep familiarity with CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPL and LTV.
  • A strong grasp of funnel analytics and metrics driven performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing space, channels and strategies. 
  • Experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing in the finance / fintech industry is a must.
