We believe that no matter where you live, your lifestyle, or your specific health needs, air health is vital to your well-being. Over the last 30 years, Blueair has built a team of creative thinkers, health enthusiasts, and innovators who are passionate about our impactful products. We are seeking to add to our entrepreneurial and dynamic culture with a Affiliate & UGC Manager supporting the Brand team.

Position Description:

We're looking for an Affiliate & UGC Manager to own how Blueair grows through affiliate and creator content partnerships. You’ll run Blueair's affiliate and UGC programs end to end, from partner and creator relationships through contracting, budget, and performance.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll be the person in the platform dashboards, managing contracts and budgets, and building the relationships that keep creators and partners active and performing, all while making sure every partnership protects the brand and ties back to real, measurable outcomes.

We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from our Bellevue, WA, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY office and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday. At Blueair you’ll be part of a global team with creative minds collaborating from around the world. We work across time zones, so some flexibility in working hours is part of the adventure. It’s a chance to connect with passionate teammates worldwide, gain diverse perspectives, and help build a brand that resonates across cultures.

Responsibilities:

AFFILIATE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Own affiliate platform management and partner recruitment, building and maintaining relationships that keep partners active and engaged (inclusive of influencers networks, content sites & loyalty and deal sites).

  • Own affiliate campaign management from launch through wrap, keeping campaigns on track and on budget.

  • Own commission and offer economics, setting rates and thresholds that protect margin while keeping partners motivated.

  • Own affiliate newsletter execution, from content planning through send, keeping partners informed and engaged.

  • Manage UTM and discount code structure, including affiliate link and promo code creation.

  • Own program integrity, including trademark bidding policy, coupon and deal-site compliance, and enforcement of partner terms.

  • Coordinate product seeding across affiliate partners, optimizing which partners receive product and when to maximize impact.

UGC PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Own UGC creator sourcing, briefing, and contracting, building a reliable pipeline of on-brand content creators.

  • Manage UGC campaign execution and content approvals, ensuring every piece delivered meets brand standards.

  • Manage order fulfillment and asset collection, keeping product and deliverables flowing on schedule.

  • Build a steady supply of UGC that brand, DTC, and social can draw from across channels.

CREATOR & PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS

  • Own day-to-day creator and partner relationship management across affiliate and UGC programs.

  • Vet affiliate partners and UGC creators against Blueair's brand safety standard before contracting.

  • Own contracting, budget, and invoicing for affiliate and UGC partners, keeping terms documented and payments accurate and on time.

  • Own usage rights and licensing terms across affiliate and UGC assets, tracking windows, territory, and expirations so no asset runs past its term.

  • Own the affiliate and UGC platform stack, including ShopMy, LTK, and GRIN, and keep partner records current in the master creator database maintained with the Lead, Social & Influencer Marketing.

  • Bring a test-and-learn approach to partner selection, offers, and formats, applying what works back into the programs.

PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS

  • Own affiliate and UGC performance reporting, translating results into clear partner-level decisions.

  • Support boosting of high-performing affiliate and UGC content in partnership with social and paid media.

  • Track program contribution to revenue, keeping a clear line from creator activity to measurable outcomes.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

  • Partner with brand team to integrate affiliate and UGC opportunities into broader campaigns and launches.

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand and the Lead, Social & Influencer Marketing to align affiliate, UGC, influencer, and celebrity efforts into one holistic advocacy strategy, with affiliate and UGC owned here, influencer owned by the Lead, and celebrity and athlete partnerships owned by the Head of Brand.

  • Partner with the Head of DTC and the TikTok Shop Manager to connect creator commerce to on-platform conversion, aligning affiliate offers, promo code strategy, and content supply with DTC and TikTok Shop revenue goals.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

  • 4 to 6 years in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, or partnership marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with creator commerce and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, GRIN, or comparable.

  • Experience managing partner and creator relationships end to end, from recruitment through performance optimization.

  • Comfort owning budgets, invoicing, and contracting for creator and affiliate programs.

  • Familiarity with affiliate program compliance, including trademark bidding, coupon leakage, and enforcement of partner terms.

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning performance data into partner-level decisions.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage many concurrent partner relationships at once.

  • Understanding of how partner and creator selection should reflect brand positioning and audience needs.

  • A collaborative execution partner who brings broader strategy to life alongside brand, social, and DTC.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in wellness, health, or another purpose-driven consumer brand.

  • Experience running UGC programs alongside affiliate work.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
