This role requires strong relationship management, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate partnership insights into actionable opportunities.

What you’ll do

Agency Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency-related inquiries, requests, and RFPs.

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across agency account teams.

Enablement & Education

  • Plan and deliver enablement sessions, including lunch-and-learns and virtual trainings, to educate agencies on Demandbase advertising solutions.

  • Support broader agency education initiatives to drive awareness and adoption across partner organizations.

Account Mapping & Visibility

  • Map and maintain agency account teams across clients to ensure accurate stakeholder coverage.

  • Maintain internal visibility into partnership health, risks, and opportunities through regular updates and reporting.

Performance Tracking & Growth

  • Track spend across agency accounts and report on progress toward quarterly and annual commitments.

  • Monitor new business won and lost through agency channels, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Identify expansion opportunities within agency-managed accounts and partner with internal teams to drive growth.

What we’re looking for

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, agency management, or related roles in a B2B SaaS, advertising, or martech environment.

  • Proven experience managing external partners or agency relationships.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Experience handling RFPs, client queries, and commercial discussions.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Benefits

Our benefits include options for up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums for employees, a flexible PTO policy, paid holidays, and access to mental health and wellness resources. We also provide a 401(k) with pre-tax, after tax, and roth options, as well as short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and other great benefits.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
