Articulate is hiring an AI & Automation Engineer (Workato) to join our IT Business Solutions team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and supporting AI-powered workflows and automations that improve how our teams operate.. You will work from a defined backlog to design and build AI-powered workflows and automations that make our teams faster and smarter — across Go-To-Market, Finance, Support, Operations, and People.
You will partner closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ship automation that reduces manual work, improves decision-making, and scales with the company. This is not a theoretical role. We move fast, we ship real things, and we want someone who thrives in that environment.

What You'll Do:
Leveraging Workato, build AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that materially improve employee productivity and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the design and deployment of AI enabled solutions that interact with enterprise data and systems securely and responsibly.
Implement and manage integrations using vendor-provided MCPs and custom connectors to extend AI capabilities across internal tools and data sources.
Workflow Automation & Process OptimizationSupport the design and delivery of cross-application automation using Workato or similar platforms.
Build event-driven workflows that reduce manual effort, eliminate data duplication, and improve accuracy.
Partner with business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities, document requirements, and iterate quickly.
Promote automation best practices focused on reusability, observability, security, and maintainability.
Contribute to automation solutions through build, testing, and ongoing improvement, with guidance from senior team members.
Business Enablement & AdoptionPartner with business teams to support identified AI and automation use cases aligned to operational needs.
Stay current on Workato’s AI and automation capabilities and apply them within assigned projects.
Incorporate feedback to improve adoption, effectiveness, and trust.
What You Should Have:
2–5 years of experience working with automation platforms, integrations, or related technologies, including Workato
Experience contributing to the delivery of technical projects in a team environment
Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions.
Ability to embed AI into automated workflows across multiple systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Jira.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Experience building enterprise-scale, event-driven automation.
