SoftSnow is an AI consulting company. Our mission is to empower businesses to navigate the complexities of AI adoption and accelerate their journey toward realizing its full potential. SoftSnow is the leading partner for mid-market companies, helping to strategically leverage AI to transform business operations, achieve unparalleled efficiency, and foster sustainable growth.
Position Overview
SoftSnow is hiring an AI Auditor / Translator to ensure that deployed AI systems are both compliant and comprehensible. This hybrid role is part governance analyst and part communication strategist: it combines technical audit rigor with the ability to translate complex AI behavior into accessible language for business stakeholders.
You will work across client engagements to evaluate AI logic chains, data usage, and governance documentation while also building client-facing reports, explainability summaries, and onboarding materials. The ideal candidate is both analytically sharp and business-savvy — capable of diving deep into a model’s architecture one day and simplifying its output for executives the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits on AI models and workflows to ensure transparency, data provenance, and regulatory alignment.
- Review prompts, RAG chains, and source documents to confirm compliance with QA and documentation standards.
- Translate model decisions, outputs, and risks into plain language tailored for business leaders, non-technical teams, and clients.
- Create audit logs, explainability summaries, and structured review artifacts across client verticals.
- Collaborate with Trust Authenticators and AI Trainers to ensure alignment between model behavior and declared business goals.
- Support enablement sessions and onboarding for non-technical stakeholders to help them understand AI workflows and limitations.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Technical Writing, Philosophy, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in a hybrid technical/communication role — e.g., technical auditor, product analyst, data translator, or AI support.
- Familiarity with foundational AI systems such as GPT-based agents, RAG pipelines, or language model APIs.
- Experience preparing structured reports or summaries for both internal QA and external communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong grasp of model documentation practices (e.g., model cards, prompt logs, source mapping).
- Ability to understand and evaluate logic chains behind AI-generated decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical material into clear business insights.
- Confidence presenting to clients and facilitating cross-functional knowledge transfer.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for clarity, fairness, and auditability.
