With over 300 employees, 2,000+ customers, and $100 million in revenue, there are tremendous opportunities to continue growing the business. We are building a world-class SaaS company and have raised over $184 million from leading venture capitalists, including Upfront Ventures, Accel, Silver Lake Waterman, H.I.G. Growth Partners, and Salesforce Ventures.

About the Team

The AI Transformation team is driving how Invoca scales the use of artificial intelligence across every function in the company. Our mission is to make every Invoca employee fluent in AI while developing and deploying AI-powered automations that drive measurable business impact.
We partner closely with every department — from Customer Success to Marketing to Operations — to reimagine workflows, reduce manual effort, and create innovative ways of working. Collaboration, experimentation, and shared learning are at the core of how we operate.

About the Role

The Applied AI Analyst plays a key role in bringing Invoca’s AI Transformation strategy to life. This individual contributor role partners directly with executives and department leaders to identify, design, and implement AI-powered automations that make our business faster, smarter, and more scalable.

You’ll work hands-on with teams to both build automations and teach others how to build their own — helping employees become self-sufficient in leveraging modern AI tools. You’ll explore and apply cutting-edge solutions like large language models (LLMs), task-based agents, and AI-native workflow platforms (such as n8n and Gumloop) to deliver meaningful operational impact.

You Will
  • Partner with executives, functional leaders, and teams to identify high-value automation and workflow optimization opportunities.
  • Map, design, and prototype AI-driven workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Build and deploy automation pilots that streamline internal processes, reduce costs, or improve employee experience.
  • Teach teams how to build and maintain their own automations — driving sustainable AI fluency across Invoca.
  • Stay current with the fast-moving AI tools market, including LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), task-oriented agents, and automation technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, and Operations to ensure automations are secure, scalable, and integrated with Invoca systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and experiment frameworks for automation best practices.
  • Measure and communicate impact, including time savings, adoption, and operational efficiency improvements.
You Have
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, process design, automation, or product-related roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to identify business challenges and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native automation tools (e.g., n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier).
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, AI agents, and workflow orchestration systems.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working directly with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • A “teach and do” mindset: you enjoy empowering others to become self-sufficient while also rolling up your sleeves to build.
  • Bonus: Experience driving internal innovation or transformation initiatives within a SaaS organization.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
