So, what’s the role all about?

NiCE is looking for a Champion and operationalize AI‑assisted development across our global R&D organization. Your mandate is to help accelerate delivery by on boarding teams to effectively use AI tools during the development and testing, support the teams in building production level code and how to best leverage the AI coding agents to meet the production level standards.

How will you make an impact?  

Upskill engineers — run concise workshops and pair‑programming sessions with developers and teams to help them become more proficient and productive in adopting AI coding tools for their SDLC

  1. Prototype & demo reference AI agents that illustrate best‑practice patterns teams can reuse
  2. Proactively suggest tools and processes to improve developer experience and productivity

Have you got what it takes?

  1. Strong technical background and hands on experience in software engineering. 10+ yrs software engineering, 3+ yrs hands‑on with AI coding tools
  2. Works closely with the leading AI coding tools (GH CP, ClaudeCode, Cursor, …)
  3. Experience developing against the AWS platform
  4. Experience developing and using AI Agents
  5. Experience in MCP and A2A protocols
  6. Great communication skills and ability to work within large distributed organization
  7. Exceptional developer‑to‑developer communication and the ability to work autonomously across time zones
  8. Leadership & influence—mentors engineers, drives cross‑functional adoption, and unites remote teams around shared AI standards.
