About the Role:

The CrowdStrike centralized D.R.I.V.E (Data, Reporting, Intelligence, Visualization, Engineering) team is seeking an Associate Product Manager, AI Data Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will leverage AI to programmatically transform our data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. You will build innovative solutions that reduce time-to-insight through conversational AI interfaces, automated analytics workflows, and by embedding AI into where users interact with data. As an AI pioneer and product manager, you'll constantly iterate upon and socialize the products you've built, driving adoption and gathering feedback to continuously improve our data solutions. This position sits at the intersection of data engineering, artificial intelligence, and business analytics, making it an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in how CrowdStrike employees leverage data.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize tools within the Snowflake and Salesforce portfolios (Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, Tableau Next, Agentforce, Slack) to build AI-first internal analytics products.

  • Refine and enhance the business context mapping within AI analytics solutions to ensure data products remain accurate, relevant, and continuously evolve to meet changing organizational needs

  • Build conversational BI interfaces that enable natural language querying of company data.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure AI analytics solutions are built with robust security and access controls.

  • Create automated insight generation systems that proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business data.

  • Develop augmented analytics capabilities that assist users with data preparation, analysis, and interpretation

  • Partner with teams across the organization to gather business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into effective technical analytics solutions.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle for analytics solutions, from concept to deployment, by defining requirements, prioritizing features, gathering user feedback, and driving continuous improvement to ensure solutions deliver maximum business value

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, enablement resources, and product roadmaps to drive adoption, educate users on AI-powered analytics capabilities, and communicate the strategic vision for data solutions across the organization

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and demonstrated passion for data-driven problem solving.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with demonstrated use of AI tools in your daily work.

  • Strong proficiency with Snowflake, including complex SQL queries and experience implementing AI/ML capabilities within the Snowflake ecosystem (particularly Snowflake Cortex).

  • Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and experience building conversational AI interfaces for business analytics applications.

  • Outstanding communication abilities that transform complex technical concepts into concise, clear explanations for stakeholders of all levels.

  • Quick learner with exceptional business acumen and ability to rapidly understand metrics across multiple domains including HR, IT, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Partner operations.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS environments

  • Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem (Tableau Next, Agentforce, Slack)

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
