Overview
Your mission: orchestrate and lead the creation of Future Works University—a structured, engaging training program that empowers our team with essential skills in AI-native service delivery, research, marketing, sales, design, tech and beyond. As the architect, you’ll engage subject matter experts across the company and repurpose existing documentation to shape content that is practical, accessible, and impactful—leveraging AI-driven learning tools to enhance engagement, personalization, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a structured curriculum covering onboarding, digital marketing, sales, and other essential topics.
- Identify and engage internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to contribute their knowledge and insights.
- Integrate AI-powered training tools for personalized learning experiences and efficiency in content creation.
- Organize and translate SME input into clear, structured training materials and interactive learning sessions.
- Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and easy to apply in real-world scenarios.
- Continuously refine and improve training based on on AI-driven insights and learner feedback.
- Experience in training program development, curriculum design, or instructional facilitation.
- Strong ability to engage and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced learning platforms or the willingness to integrate AI into training programs.
- Excellent communication and instructional design skills—can distill complex ideas into simple, actionable lessons.
- Adaptability—comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment and shaping a program from the ground up.
