About The Opportunity

Netrix Global seeking a highly client-facing Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Adoption Consultant who can immediately support the growing demand for Microsoft Copilot workshops, enablement engagements, and user adoption programs. This role is designed for someone who is equally comfortable facilitating executive conversations, delivering hands-on workshops, conducting end-user training, and independently coordinating engagement execution.

This individual will serve as both a delivery consultant and engagement lead across a portfolio of Microsoft Copilot and AI enablement engagements. The ideal candidate understands how to translate emerging AI technologies into practical business value and can confidently engage with executives, IT leadership, business stakeholders, and end users.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot technologies, and the ability to guide organizations through AI readiness, adoption, governance, prompting strategy, and operational enablement.

In addition to delivering existing offerings, this individual will help evolve and expand the organization’s AI workshop, enablement, and user adoption portfolio. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, creative, highly organized, and capable of helping shape scalable offerings as enterprise AI adoption continues to mature.

How You Will Make An Impact

  Client-Facing Workshop & Enablement Delivery

  • Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops, immersion sessions, and enablement engagements for clients across multiple industries.
  • Facilitate executive-level conversations focused on AI transformation, productivity improvement, operational enablement, and responsible AI.
  • Conduct Art of the Possible demonstrations and showcase practical Microsoft Copilot use cases.
  • Deliver hands-on workshops covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, prompting strategies, governance considerations, analytics, extensibility, and adoption best practices.
  • Lead user adoption and change enablement sessions for business users, champions, IT teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Conduct Copilot user training sessions including effective prompting techniques, workflow optimization, and real-world usage scenarios.
  • Support organizations in identifying high-value business use cases and adoption opportunities.
  • Assist clients in understanding AI readiness, governance considerations, licensing impacts, and operational implications.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on Copilot analytics, usage reporting, champion enablement, and adoption acceleration.
  • Deliver both technical and non-technical content in a way that is approachable, engaging, and business-focused.

Engagement Coordination & Delivery Management

  • Independently coordinate assigned workshops and enablement engagements from kickoff through completion.
  • Manage engagement schedules, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct pre-engagement discovery sessions and readiness coordination activities.
  • Ensure workshop deliverables, agendas, and supporting materials are properly prepared and aligned to client objectives.
  • Track action items, risks, dependencies, and follow-up activities throughout engagement delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal project managers, consultants, architects, and sales teams when broader delivery support is required.
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationship management throughout engagements.
  • Support post-engagement follow-up discussions and roadmap conversations.

Offering Development & Innovation

  • Collaborate with leadership to mature and scale AI-focused workshop and adoption offerings.
  • Help develop repeatable workshop frameworks, user adoption methodologies, enablement content, templates, and reusable assets.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Copilot-focused offerings as Microsoft technologies and enterprise AI adoption continue to evolve.
  • Identify emerging client needs, AI trends, and market opportunities that can be incorporated into future services.
  • Assist with internal enablement initiatives to help upskill delivery and sales teams.
  • Participate in refining workshop structures, engagement flows, and client experience strategies.
  • Contribute ideas for new AI adoption, governance, enablement, and operational offerings.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 3–7 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enablement, training, adoption, or solution delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, executive briefings, or enablement engagements.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across executive, technical, and end-user audiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related Microsoft collaboration technologies.
  • Understanding of AI adoption, user enablement, governance considerations, and organizational change management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to independently manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience leading customer-facing conversations and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
  • Strong written communication and presentation development capabilities.
  • Experience supporting or delivering workshops related to AI readiness, user adoption, business process optimization, or digital transformation is preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise consulting environments, managed services organizations, or Microsoft partner ecosystems is preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, or Azure AI are considered a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following areas:
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement
    • Copilot Studio and agent scenarios
    • User adoption and change management
    • Executive immersion experiences
    • AI governance and responsible AI discussions
    • Prompt engineering and prompting best practices
    • Champion program development
    • AI readiness workshops
    • Microsoft Teams collaboration workflows
    • AI-powered productivity optimization
    • Business process automation concepts
    • Customer-facing consulting and workshop facilitation
    • Presentation and curriculum development

   Working Style & Expectations

  • We are looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with practical delivery execution and a proactive mindset. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, engaging directly with clients, and helping shape a rapidly evolving service area.
  • Operates with ownership and accountability across both delivery and coordination responsibilities.

  • Is highly organized and capable of independently managing workshop logistics and delivery execution.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where offerings and technologies continue to evolve.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and enthusiasm around AI technologies and enterprise adoption strategies.
  • Balances structured delivery with creativity and adaptability.
  • Is comfortable presenting live to large groups and facilitating interactive discussions.
  • Understands how to guide organizations from AI curiosity to practical adoption.
  • Contributes ideas, innovation, and strategic thinking beyond simply delivering assigned tasks.
  • Maintains a client-first mindset focused on engagement quality, professionalism, and measurable value.

  Example Engagement Types

This role will support engagements such as:

  • Microsoft Copilot Proof of Value workshops
  • Executive AI immersion sessions
  • Copilot Studio and Agent workshops
  • User adoption and champion enablement programs
  • Prompting and productivity training sessions
  • AI readiness and governance workshops
  • Copilot analytics and usage optimization engagements
  • AI enablement Lunch & Learn sessions

  • Vision and value workshops focused on enterprise AI adoption

  Why This Role Matters

  • This position sits at the front line of enterprise AI adoption. The individual in this role will directly influence how organizations understand, adopt, govern, and operationalize Microsoft Copilot technologies.
  • This is not a traditional training role. It is a strategic client-facing consulting role focused on helping organizations successfully navigate the intersection of AI technology, user adoption, operational readiness, and business transformation.
