We are looking for candidates to lead AI tool adoption and productivity, enabling our team of Software Development Consultants to effectively leverage AI tools to increase productivity and deliver value to our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. We guide our clients to build things the "right way": maintainable, scalable, tested, documented, etc.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for using AI tools to increase software development productivity and the following attributes:
- 5+ years of experience across multiple areas of software engineering (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
- Strongly motivated and able to work autonomously
- Accepting of suggestions and constructive feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with digital media production tools for blogging, video production, and social media
What you’ll do:
- Research and evaluate AI tools relevant to software engineering, including code completion, testing, code review, and documentation
- Stay current on trends in AI/LLMs related to software development
- Pilot and benchmark tools to assess ROI and usability in real-world developer workflows
- Develop internal and external guides, training resources, and recorded content for developers using AI tools
- Create and conduct internal and public training sessions and workshops
Other Skills we value:
- Experience conducting independent or collaborative research, especially related to software engineering, AI tools, or developer productivity
- Ability to critically evaluate academic literature and white-papers and translate findings into practical, real-world insights
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
