About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

The AI Enablement Lead owns the connective tissue between Higharc's AI capabilities and the people who need to use them every day. This role leads internal AI training, establishes best practices, drives toolset adoption across every team, and ships production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and run internal AI training programs tailored to each team's actual workflows; build and manage an AI champions network across engineering, product, and GTM.

  • Establish org-wide AI best practices — prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, security and privacy guardrails, and model selection guidelines.

  • Own build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling (e.g., Cursor vs Claude Code vs Copilot; custom API stacks vs vendor platforms) and maintain institutional knowledge in agent-friendly documentation.

  • Build and ship production internal AI tools for high-leverage workflows without a current owner (executive reporting, sales enablement, customer success automation, codebase navigation).

  • Partner with Special Projects and the Sr. AI Engineer to translate Labs research into internal-facing capabilities.

  • Develop Higharc's internal AI roadmap alongside Michael and engineering leadership; brief leadership on emerging AI capabilities and the vendor landscape.

  • Define and report adoption metrics (time saved per workflow, tool usage, trained headcount, shipped tools); serve as the company-wide point of contact for AI applicability decisions.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
