We serve enterprise clients with multi-tenant SaaS architecture processing millions of recognition events and rewards transactions.
Most engineers are AI-curious, they open Claude or Cursor once a week. We're looking for engineers who are AI-forward—you co-build with AI tools daily. You don't just use AI to autocomplete code; you leverage it to architect solutions, accelerate debugging, generate tests, and ship faster without sacrificing quality. You'll join a small, senior team of architects and engineers building and evolving our platform while we expand our technology footprint into new areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Build full-stack features across our React/TypeScript frontend, .NET/C# microservices backend, and emerging Node.js/Express and PostgreSQL services
· Architect integrations with enterprise platforms—Microsoft Teams, Slack, Workday, and HRIS systems
· Expand our analytics capabilities using emerging tools like Python, DuckDB, PostgreSQL, and Apache Superset
· Design AI-powered features that enhance recognition workflows, automate processes, and surface insights
· Engineer with leverage using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools—demonstrating where AI saved time and improved quality
· Build automation workflows using platforms like Workato and n8n to connect systems and eliminate manual processes
· Maintain security and compliance standards required by our enterprise clients (SOC 2, data privacy, AI governance)
· Collaborate across disciplines with architects, product, and client success teams to translate business needs into working software
Desired skills and experience:
· 5+ years building and shipping production applications
· Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns
· Experience with the tech stack mentioned above, or eagerness to learn
· AI-forward mindset: You co-develop with AI tools daily, not occasionally
· Experience with REST API design, OAuth/OIDC authentication, and enterprise integrations
· AWS experience (or other major cloud platforms)
· Strong communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
· Experience with LLM integration, RAG systems, or AI agent frameworks
The salary range for this role may be a reflection of factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
