What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Learning & Capability Manager to join our Learning and Development team. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing our internal processes, leveraging technology, and fostering a culture of efficiency across the organization. You'll work closely with various departments to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement, ultimately enhancing the productivity of our employees and the overall effectiveness of our operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Learning and Development.

What will you do?

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement, automation, and standardization across various departments (e.g., Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Technology Implementation & Adoption: Research, evaluate, and recommend productivity tools and software solutions. Lead the implementation, integration, and user adoption of these tools, ensuring they align with business needs and provide maximum value.
  • Cultivate an AI Champions Community: Establish and nurture a network of AI Champions across different teams and departments. Empower these champions to advocate for, educate others on, and drive the adoption of AI-based productivity tools and methodologies, serving as a pivotal force in the company's productivity transformation.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide training and support to employees as needed.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and generate regular reports for leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads, team leads, and individual contributors to understand their productivity challenges and co-create effective solutions.
  • Best Practices & Training: Develop and disseminate best practices for efficient work habits, time management, and effective utilization of productivity tools. Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized knowledge base to promote information sharing and reduce redundant efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, feedback, and iterative optimization.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 5+ years of experience in a productivity, process improvement, operations, or project management role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, implementing, and managing initiatives that demonstrably improve organizational productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decisions.
  • A passion for continuous learning and knowledge in advanced tooling and AI-based models that enhance productivity. You're eager to explore, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Expertise in productivity tools and platforms (e.g., project management software like Jira / Asana / Monday, collaboration tools like Slack / Teams, automation tools like Workato / Make, and AI tools like ChatGPT / Gemini / NotebookLM). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong change management skills with experience in guiding teams through transitions and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes/technologies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$118,400$163,000 USD
