Who We Are:

We deploy powerful AI agents in complex, regulated industries, specializing in building the systems that enable autonomous agents to operate entire functions securely and reliably. Our belief is that people should be free of administrative and operational drudgery so they can create value through creativity, reasoning, and judgement.

We’re starting in higher education, a sector with ~$700B in expenses defined by heavy workflows across departments, such as admissions, financial aid, facilities, advising, student services, advancement, and more. Our agents are already embedded across these departments, interacting with millions of students and staff. They process applications, package aid, resolve verification issues, run large-scale communication workflows, handle student support tickets, and more.

We believe that universities are among the most consequential institutions in the world, sitting at the foundation of social and economic progress. Improving how they operate improves who gets educated, who gets supported, and who gets a chance. When higher education runs better, everything built on top of it does too.

About The Role:

The AI Operations Associate owns the foundational processes that allow partners to onboard and launch agents quickly and efficiently. This role is the operational gatekeeper between a closed-won deal and a live, functioning partnership.

You’ll execute and troubleshoot core implementation workflows, collaborate closely with Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers, and surface process gaps before they become partner pain. The work is execution-heavy, detail-oriented, and critical to first impressions—when this role does its job well, partners launch smoothly and confidently.

Responsibilities:

Partner Implementation

  • Execute all operational steps required to initiate partner onboarding post–closed won or expansion, including deal entry, platform enablement, account creation, and agent tool configuration.

  • Ensure partners are fully enabled to begin onboarding agents without unnecessary delays or rework.

Intra-functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Implementation and Forward Deployed Engineer teams to respond to partner-specific requests.

  • Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure the Success team has the context needed to support partners post-onboarding.

Cross-functional Alignment

  • Partner with GTM to ensure onboarding reflects contractual scope and expectations.

  • Identify blocking issues early and escalate product gaps or enhancement opportunities to Engineering when needed.

Operational Improvement

  • Identify recurring friction points in onboarding and implementation workflows.

  • Propose and contribute to improvements that increase speed, clarity, and reliability across partner launches.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation operations, customer operations, RevOps, or a similar execution-focused role in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.

  • Strong operational judgment and attention to detail; you catch issues others miss.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with GTM, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

  • Ability to follow playbooks rigorously while also knowing when and how to improve them.

  • Clear written and verbal communication; documentation quality matters here.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
