This role defines how agentic AI capabilities are managed across the organization while balancing innovation and user experience with security, compliance, cost, and operational requirements.

Job Description

The Product Manager serves as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for Copilot Studio, translating rapidly evolving Microsoft AI capabilities into an enterprise product strategy and roadmap. The role partners closely with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other business teams to establish a sustainable enterprise agent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Copilot Studio product strategy, roadmap, service model, and lifecycle from capability evaluation through enterprise rollout and ongoing support.
  • Evaluate new Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and agent capabilities for business value, enterprise readiness, governance requirements, and service impact.
  • Define success measures for adoption, service health, governance, user experience, and responsible AI consumption.
  • Define governance and operating models for emerging capabilities such as autonomous agents, agent identities, multi-agent solutions, and enterprise agent discovery.
  • Identify opportunities to automate Copilot Studio administration, monitoring, provisioning, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Develop scalable enablement programs for agent makers, including guidance, training, playbooks, reusable development patterns, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent development, knowledge sources, tools/connectors, authentication, sharing, publishing, and enterprise governance.
  • Experience developing or managing governance frameworks for enterprise generative AI or agent-based solutions.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and its relationship to Copilot Studio, including environments, Dataverse, data policies, connectors, solutions, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience evaluating AI licensing, consumption, capacity, and cost models and translating them into enterprise service decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and influence outcomes without direct organizational authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, APIs, service principals, Entra identity concepts, or other technologies commonly integrated with Copilot Studio.
  • Experience developing automated governance, administration, operational reporting, or monitoring solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology services within a large, highly governed organization.

Future Scope

This role will help shape the organization's longer-term enterprise agent strategy, evolving from Copilot Studio product ownership into broader leadership across agent governance and lifecycle management. Areas of continued growth may include agent identity and access strategy, autonomous and multi-agent solutions, transition of legacy processes into AI-enabled workflows, AI consumption optimization, reusable agent development patterns, agent observability, and integration between low-code and professional AI development.

The role will serve as a bridge between emerging AI technology and practical enterprise adoption, ensuring that new capabilities can move from experimentation into secure, scalable, and supported business services.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
