AI Solutions Engineer (Rapid Iteration and Deployment)

Location: Remote (US Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to drive the rapid development, iteration, and deployment of AI solutions that improve our business operations. In this role, you will work directly with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and quickly implement AI agents and automation tools to solve real problems. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into working prototypes and scaling them into production-ready solutions that transform our business.

This role will report directly to the CEO, and it provides an opportunity to work on high-impact AI solutions with tons of creative freedom and ability to explore different types of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify tasks and workflows where automation can provide significant value.
  • Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy AI agents to automate processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency.
  • Use tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, and custom Python scripts to create working solutions.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data to refine AI implementations.
  • Build integrations between AI agents and business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses, internal tools).
  • Develop end-to-end automation workflows, including testing and deployment into production environments.
  • Document workflows and provide training to teams to enable adoption of new tools.
  • Be the go-to resource for rapid AI experimentation and deployment, bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
  • Strong Python programming skills for building scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI agents and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience integrating AI tools with business systems (e.g., APIs, webhooks, data connectors).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn high-level concepts into working solutions quickly.
  • Clear communication skills for collaborating with business teams/leadership and presenting solutions.
