AI Solutions Engineer (Rapid Iteration and Deployment)
Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to drive the rapid development, iteration, and deployment of AI solutions that improve our business operations. In this role, you will work directly with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and quickly implement AI agents and automation tools to solve real problems. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into working prototypes and scaling them into production-ready solutions that transform our business.
This role will report directly to the CEO, and it provides an opportunity to work on high-impact AI solutions with tons of creative freedom and ability to explore different types of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify tasks and workflows where automation can provide significant value.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy AI agents to automate processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency.
- Use tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, and custom Python scripts to create working solutions.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data to refine AI implementations.
- Build integrations between AI agents and business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses, internal tools).
- Develop end-to-end automation workflows, including testing and deployment into production environments.
- Document workflows and provide training to teams to enable adoption of new tools.
- Be the go-to resource for rapid AI experimentation and deployment, bridging business needs and technical solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Strong Python programming skills for building scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI agents and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience integrating AI tools with business systems (e.g., APIs, webhooks, data connectors).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn high-level concepts into working solutions quickly.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with business teams/leadership and presenting solutions.
