We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to join our AI practice. You will manage projects that develop and deploy the firm’s AI platforms, tools, and accelerators, enabling our consulting teams to deliver smarter and faster solutions to clients.
You’ll partner with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and industry leaders to align priorities, track progress, and ensure the firm’s internal AI initiatives are delivered efficiently and with impact.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Plan and manage delivery of firmwide AI platforms, accelerators, and internal tools that support consulting teams. 

  • Collaborate with technical and industry leaders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics. 

  • Translate technical progress and risks into clear updates for business stakeholders. 

  • Oversee agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness. 

  • Track milestones and dependencies, ensuring alignment between development and adoption teams. 

  • Standardize documentation, reporting, and handoff processes to improve project efficiency and transparency. 

  • Foster collaboration across engineering and consulting teams to accelerate innovation and solution reuse. 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • 4+ years of experience managing technical or product development projects, preferably within a consulting or innovation team. 

  • Experience coordinating AI, software, or cloud platform initiatives with distributed teams. 

  • Strong grasp of agile project management practices and delivery tracking tools. 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work across technical and non-technical groups. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus. 

Flexible living locations across US or Canada, ability to travel as needed.

The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
