Team Overview:
The Aladdin Product Solutions team accelerates the design and delivery of end-to-end product solutions across the platform. Operating horizontally across business, product, and engineering, the team focuses on complex, multi-product solutions spanning front-to-back Aladdin workflows.

The team’s mandate is to enable faster time to market, improved user experience, reduced delivery and operational risk, and scalable, supportable outcomes for both Aladdin clients and BlackRock.

Role Overview:

  • Leader who demonstrates strong program and product management skills required to accelerate solutioning, manage stakeholders, and see through delivery of solutions
  • Operates at the intersection of business and technology to translate complex client and commercial needs into product solutions
  • Serves as the single point of delivery accountability for solution outcomes, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
  • Owns engagement with Sales and the Aladdin Product organization to assess client-driven product requests and drives commercial product commitments. You convene and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, well-governed decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Aladdin pillars to deliver integrated solutions for private credit and whole portfolio solutions 
  • Translate complex client and commercial requirements into clear solution designs and executable delivery plans
  • Drive the adoption of an AI enabled product development lifecycle and hold teams accountable for using AI to improve execution velocity and operating efficiency, while maintaining appropriate governance, quality, and risk discipline
  • Represent regional perspectives to influence product strategy in support of revenue growth and client satisfaction 
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation strategies to keep execution on track
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and product teams, actively managing dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery priorities

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional, technology-driven initiatives delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back Aladdin workflows and the broader Aladdin ecosystem
  • Experience with whole portfolio concepts and private market technology platforms and service providers such as eFront and leading loan servicers
  • Experience with the lifecycle of private credit and/or private equity
  • Proven ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and business partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Comfort using AI tools in day‑to‑day product work (e.g., prompt-based research, summarization, draft specifications, workflow mapping)
  • 10+ years product management experience with proven record of successful launches
  • 10+ years project management experience with proven track record of timely, on-budget delivery
     
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$215,000.00 - USD$275,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model

Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
