As an Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth, enhance market reach, and create value for both our company and our partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem.
Responsibilities of an Alliances Manager:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage alliances with key industry partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and mutual business success.
- Joint Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and product—to develop and execute joint initiatives with partners.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor partnership forecast, success metrics, analyze data, and optimize alliance strategies based on performance insights.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead discussions on partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with business goals.
- Industry & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about SaaS market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform alliance strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alliances contribute to revenue growth and customer success.
We would love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within a SaaS company.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic alliance programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and ecosystem.
