ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with your team and clients, ensuring the clients receive optimal results. You will take charge for overseeing a portfolio of Amazon accounts, ensuring not only the seamless running of operations but also delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibility is to guarantee excellence in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Closely monitor KPIs to ensure you’re delivering the best possible service to your clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon updates, and best practices to continuously improve account performance.
  • Delegate client information/needs ensuring workload is appropriate across all team members. 
  • Manage any problems that come up with client accounts and be proficient in Amazon Seller Support to resolve these issues. 
  • Create and track Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Promotions on Amazon.
  • Manage advertising/promotional budgets for multiple clients at the same time.
  • Understand the selling of Amazon through FBA and FBM programs. 
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, including insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2-3+ years of experience of account management
  • Knowledge and experience using Amazon’s portals like Vender Central, Seller Central, Amazon Ads, ETC.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve and constant changes that come with operating in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
