This role is critical to executing campaigns that generate Marketing-Driven Pipeline (MDP) and advance pipeline maturity across our mission-focused segments.You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution while serving as a performance partner to our channel teams—helping optimize content, targeting, segmentation, and channel mix to maximize impact. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration with the Global Center of Excellence (COE), Field Marketing, and Sales to elevate the effectiveness of our programs and drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns—including email, paid media, and webinars—across AMER Public Sector, Education, and Nonprofit segments.
  • Act as a strategic partner to email and paid media teams by providing insights on content performance, segmentation, and timing to improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing leaders to design and develop custom nurture email campaigns that align with campaign objectives, target audience needs and content strategy. 
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative optimization.
  • Work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and channel owners to ensure toolkit adoption, drive channel alignment, and support integrated campaign planning.
  • Uphold high standards of execution by following established marketing processes and applying channel-specific best practices.
  • Build scalable, repeatable workflows to streamline campaign launch and optimization—prioritizing speed, accuracy, and impact.
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure performance across channels and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or demand generation
  • Expertise in email marketing, paid media and webinar execution
  • Proven experience in optimizing marketing channels, including segmentation, audience targeting, testing frameworks, and message personalization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Public Sector, Education, or Nonprofit marketing experience strongly preferred

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
