Essential job functions:
- Collaborate with POG Execution, ADUSA IT, Assortment Services and Contracted teams to identify opportunities to enhance POG development & Floor Plan development.
- Collaborate with Assortment Services team to create new reporting capabilities utilizing POG, Floorplan and Sales data.
- Subject Matter Expert on Blue Yonder with detailed knowledge on program capabilities and how to optimize for business needs.
- Interface with the Assortment Tool to assist in resolving issues.
- Interface with the PodSlotter application to assist in relevant workstreams.
- Assists in the annual collection and reporting of Fair Share Vendor billing for the ADUSA Brands.
- Execute process to generate and load store specific rankings.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications:
- SQL
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
- Syndicated Data
- Partners well with others, including gaining trust and support.
- Comfortable in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
- Comfortable with passive and active engagement in person & virtually.
- Pursues projects with energy, drive, curiosity and the need to finish.
- Able to work on multiple deadlines at once and prioritize workload based on immediate needs.
- Ability to travel locally for store visits.
- Periods of sedentary work involving computers and virtual meetings.
- Associate's degree or relevant coursework (Retail work history will be considered in lieu of education.)
- Knowledge of syndicated data and Microsoft Suite of tools.
- 1+ years of experience
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
