You will equip our customer-facing team members with data and insights to help them identify and allocate their time to the highest-value opportunities.
What you'll do as an Analyst II, Loyalty & VIP Growth
- Build out testing agendas, datasets, and model frameworks for the identification and treatment of potential VIP customers, as well as to drive strategy for our Dynasty Rewards program.
- Define measurable goals and create dashboards to monitor the performance of key customer success metrics.
- Partner with product managers and operators to define business problems and help design analytically-rigorous solutions.
- Conduct analyst-driven "deep dives" that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers & VIP/Loyalty programs.
- Communicate analyses and business results to DraftKings' Loyalty & VIP management.
- Work cross-functionally across other parts of the Loyalty & VIP organization, and with other teams dedicated to our Sportsbook, Casino, and Fantasy products, and our Marketing organization.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
- Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
- Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.
