What you’ll do

Analyst Relations is a core pillar of Stripe’s enterprise marketing function. As Stripe accelerates its momentum in the enterprise, we’re looking for an experienced Analyst Relations Senior Manager who is a strategic adviser to the business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into Stripe. This role will work across product and marketing teams to design and deliver holistic analyst engagement programs that increase perception and standing in the market. This role reports to the Head of Analyst Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture relationships with industry analysts to influence, learn from, and drive our business priorities 
  • Lead and manage analyst evaluation research cycles, to drive accurate representation of corporate strategy and vision in the market
  • Build and lead the end-to-end execution of the analyst relations program for part of the business that advances the company’s strategy and reflects stakeholders’ priorities
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of strategy, products and services globally (i.e. briefings, inquiries, strategy days, analyst days, demos, and more)- analyst programs are also aimed at influencing the creation, definition, and inclusion in new markets
  • Funnel analyst insights back into the company in a timely manner to influence our strategy and business decisions

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years prior experience in analyst relations, communications, or marketing, including the successful management of major analyst evaluations (i.e. Gartner MQs) 
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor with a professional presence
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, analyst-focused materials and content, as well as the ability to provide strategic input and guidance to internal stakeholders in their communications with the analyst community
  • Understanding and affinity for technology and a motivation to master product and market details and to translate business objectives into AR goals
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills
  • Travel Requirement: Long term, some travel may be required. Approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter.
  • Exemplary written and spoken English
  • Strong references from the analyst community

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience in Payments
  • Strong understanding of fintech concepts, trends, and industry dynamics
