Job Overview 

We are looking for a Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling and managing the organization's sales processes, strategy and data, enabling sales operations in support of the revenue team. This role will assist the sales team with operational activities, such as data analysis, contracting, and pipeline in support of the quote to cash process.  You’ll work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Leadership and other teams. The ideal candidate is conscientious, with a keen attention to detail, highly analytical, with excellent project management skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, customer success, finance, legal and other teams on deal structuring and ensure Salesforce accurately reflects the opportunity
  • Review, validate, and monitor order and contracting process to ensure accurate bookings and contracting
  • Perform reconciliations for data integrity and work with cross functional teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure company partner/client accounts are accurately represented in Salesforce.com and company product platform and accuracy of products and configuration
  • Optimize workflows and communications of sales process and data including designing and documenting dashboards, alerts, and reports including ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Create processes and procedures along with controls to ensure deals are in compliance with company discounting client contracting practices
  • Provide training and enablement and other sales analyses or projects, as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience (Sales Operations, Finance, Sales Compensation)
  • Experience with CRM tools. com and SalesForce CPQ power user experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.)
  • Experience in deal desk, order management, finance, business analysis, and/or sales operations 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet multiple, competing deadlines while working independently and collaboratively

Education:                         

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $70,000– $80,000 Annually USD

Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
