Position Summary
The role is responsible for Vangard monthly operational reporting and related data entry, monthly production planning (8 packaging lines/2
Presses/4 bottle rooms), weekly production scheduling, ordering of components and supplies, capital expenditure tracking, and additional
duties as assigned. This role also collaborates with Strategic Procurement and helps facilitate required contracts and vendor set-up.
Required Qualifications
-Data entry experience.
-Inventory control experience.
-Exceptional Excel skills including the ability to develop, link, and utilize multiple spreadsheets for -analysis.
-Basic understanding and utilization of MS Access.
-Multi-tasking ability.
Preferred Qualifications
-Production Planning or Inventory Management experience
-Data Analysis & Tools
-SAP knowledge
-Prior operational reporting or accounting background
-Microsoft Access experience
-Proofreading experience
-P&L Understanding
-Proficient in MS Access query and report design
Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Inventory Management or other relevant analytical field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $76,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
