What you'll work on

  • Create customised analytics solutions, adapting existing processes to meet each client's needs while deepening your understanding of marketing and customer data.
  • Work directly with clients, helping translate technical insights into clear, meaningful recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Support end‑to‑end analytics projects including data profiling, descriptive analytics, enrichment, dashboarding, and propensity modelling, gaining hands‑on experience across varied datasets and use cases.
  • Help guide innovation and operational improvements, contributing ideas that improve workflows and enhance data quality, automation and delivery efficiency.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in analytics, statistics, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Around 2–4 years of experience working with data
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • 2+ years of experience using tools such as SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
  • Curiosity and interest to learn tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain insights in an approachable way
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort taking ownership of tasks
