JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analytics Solutions Associate to join the Commercial Bank Data, Analytics, and Technology (DAT) organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the technology sector, with experience in defining product strategy, developing and launching data products, and achieving business objectives through effective communication and articulation skills. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, platforms, and tools is advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are punctual, possess a proactive attitude, and demonstrate a meticulous approach to their work.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated product area.
- Introduce new products to the market by collaborating with other product leads, as well as engineering, design, data science, and development teams.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive environment by working with diverse stakeholders across business lines to address compelling challenges that benefit both internal and external customers.
- Partner with business product owners to align stakeholders and ensure that product objectives and roadmaps meet desired goals and timelines.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for end users.
- Test and validate work produced by software developers.
- Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts within teams and partner organizations.
- Establish an effective communication plan to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- 5-8 years of experience in product management within technical domains; a focus on data or AI/ML products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business results, track performance, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Proficiency in SQL is essential; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management skills is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting, consulting, influencing, and negotiating with senior leaders and/or functional area experts.
- Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously.
- Proficient in taking strategic direction from leadership and driving execution.
- Experienced in implementing positive change across multiple functional groups and developing innovative solutions as appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams and interface with individuals at various levels and across countries. A highly motivated work ethic is essential.
