Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Anaplan System Enhancement Manager to lead the design, build out, and enhancement of the Ferguson Anaplan platform. This role will be critical in transforming business requirements into scalable, high-performance Anaplan solutions that support enterprise planning and decision-making with existing system architecture.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and business insight, with the ability to lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) team, engage partners, and deliver architecturally sound solutions aligned to strategic goals.
Location:This role is approved for remote work in the United States or Hybrid out of Ferguson's corporate offices in Newport News, VA. East Coast working hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for a CoE team of model builders that support the expansion of the Ferguson Anaplan platform, providing mentorship and architectural guidance to ensure high-quality model development
- Provide frequent, clear, and constructive feedback with Team members on performance and goals; perform robust goal-driven performance reviews
- Lead and run the design and buildout of the Ferguson Anaplan architecture across multiple functional areas: FP&A, Project, and Workforce Planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Anaplan model designs and system solutions
- Act as an authority on Anaplan capabilities and recommend best-in-class solutions to support business objectives
- Architect and implement model structures, data hubs, and integration frameworks
- Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and governance
- Lead solution documentation and maintain architectural and SOX compliance standards
- 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience
- Strong team leadership experience with proven success
- Solid experience leading, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions with a deep understanding of modeling concepts (modules, lists, line items, data hubs, integrations)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable design
- Ability to lead and develop team and team deadlines and priorities in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (strongly preferred)
- Background in financial planning, workforce, and project planning
- Anaplan XL experience

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$9,225.00 - $15,033.70-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
