Application Engineer – LCOM Platforms
Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support mission-critical LCOM (Logistics & Commerce) applications for the Amazon Kuiper program. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technical execution, ensuring enterprise applications reliably support order management, fulfillment, and billing workflows at scale.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive application stability across high-impact systems.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and enhance LCOM enterprise applications used across order-to-cash workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions
- Support integrations between front-end systems, middleware, and downstream platforms
- Validate application changes through functional testing and UAT support
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and operational runbooks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
- Strong understanding of application support, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with order management, billing, or commerce platforms
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience supporting telecom, eCommerce, or subscription platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration patterns
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or cloud environments
- Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
- Employment Type: W2 - Long-term engagement
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no C2C)
- Pay Rate - $60.00 - $70.00 per hr.
