What we need
Architect / Senior Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise
Hands-on design and delivery of scalable, production-grade data platforms
Strong experience with cloud-based data stacks
Consulting mindset / soft skills
Comfortable working directly with clients (technical & non-technical)
Able to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proactive, takes ownership, pushes things forward
Clear communicator - explains complex topics without overengineering
Flexible and pragmatic - understands real-world constraints
Team player who can also work independently in a client-facing setup
Location
Warsaw preferred
Candidates from anywhere in Poland are welcome
Other requirements
Willingness to occasionally work from the client’s office when requested
