KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on office equipment, Facilities and infrastructure
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, fire and plumbing issues.
- Co-ordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintainance activities and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Use AutoCAD for space management and building fit-outs.
- Carry out routine repair and maintenance audits as per API standards.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- National Vocational qualifications would be an added advantage
- Ability to perform minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and repair techniques.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Understanding of API standards for routine audits
