Role Scope:
1. Execution Leadership (vs. Strategic Leadership by MM)
- Translate strategy set by MM into actionable campaign plans and ensure high-quality delivery
- Act as the execution owner of campaigns, ensuring timelines, consistency, and coordination
- Provide structured feedback to refine strategies based on execution realities
2. Cross-Functional Integration
- Drive day-to-day collaboration across e-commerce, media, PR, and sales teams
- Align stakeholders on execution priorities and resolve operational issues
- Ensure resources are effectively integrated to maximize campaign reach
3. Data-Driven Decision Support
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Recommend optimization actions to improve ROI and efficiency
- Support faster and more informed decision-making
